Hand-making beautiful creations has always been my passion. My diverse artistic interests have spanned from Jewelry Making, to Painting and even Glassblowing. I have taken components from each phase of my artistic journey and now find myself enraptured with Woodworking. The smell and feel of working with wood is reminiscent of a special, peaceful time in my life that I had spent living in a remote cabin in upstate New York. These pieces of natural art are not only visual connections with our wondrous outdoor surroundings but also serve as functional objects that can be incorporated into our daily lives. Hurricanes, storms and lightning strikes have provided me with an ample supply of Recycled Wood “canvases” to bring these beautiful pieces of my art to you. There is nothing more fulfilling than knowing I am crafting beautiful works of art, born of natural sources, that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill or burned as fire wood.
